Would you like to become an elementary school teacher or do you work in the education sector and would like to upgrade your skills?

Papua New Guinea offers a number of opportunities for teacher training and skills upgrading. Twelve institutions across PNG offer Primary School Teacher Training and the University of Goroka also offers a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

UPGRADE TO GRADE 12

For each of these you require Grade 12 completion. Should you wish to upgrade to Grade 12, you can do that through Flexible, Distance & Distance Education (FODE). FODE offers lower and upper secondary through school based on correspondence courses. FODE Enrolment Points are located in all 22 provinces.
